Governance
The association is governed through the three organs defined in its statutes: the general assembly, the board of directors and the audit board.
General Assembly
The general assembly is the association's highest decision-making body. It convenes in ordinary session every three years in December, sets the direction of the association, elects its boards and reviews its work.
Board of Directors
The board of directors consists of 7 full and 7 substitute members elected by the general assembly. It elects a chair, vice-chair, secretary and treasurer from among its own members, represents the association, prepares the budget and carries out its activities.
Audit Board
The audit board consists of 3 full and 3 substitute members elected by the general assembly. It audits the association's accounts and activities at least once a year and reports its findings to the board of directors and the general assembly.
The names of serving board members will be published on this page once official registration is complete.
