Who We Are
Senin Yanında Uluslararası Yardımlaşma Derneği (Senin Yanında International Solidarity Association) was founded in Ankara in 2026 to stand alongside people in need, without distinction of language, religion, race or gender.

Why we were founded
The association was established to meet the needs of people who require assistance, without distinction of language, religion, race or gender; to strengthen a culture of social responsibility, mutual aid and solidarity; to raise the socio-economic level of communities; to help protect and promote the universal values of humanity; and to build bridges between people and between countries.
What we work on
Our work spans humanitarian assistance, education and health; support for women, children and people with disabilities; social services including refugees and asylum seekers; disaster and emergency response; food banking; environmental protection; culture and the arts; and international cooperation. The nine programme areas on this site reflect that scope.
Our legal basis
The association is grounded in international treaties, resolutions of the United Nations General Assembly, the Turkish Civil Code no. 4721 and the Law on Associations no. 5253. It is an autonomous, independent and impartial organisation with its own central governance.
